1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Dinesuit's website and software: SmartMenu, POS, Captain app, Kitchen portal, Owner Dashboard and Staff One (together, the "Service"). "We" and "Dinesuit" mean the business operating dinesuit.com. By creating an account, subscribing or using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details when you create an account and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account, including by the staff you give access to. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has your password.
3. Plans, price and payment
- The Service is sold as plans for a fixed period (shown on the Pricing page, currently one year). A plan unlocks the products listed for it.
- Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST. 18% GST is added at checkout and the total is shown before you pay.
- Payment is taken in advance through PhonePe. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Your plan starts when the payment is confirmed. If you renew before it ends, the new period starts after the current one ends.
- Plans do not renew by themselves. We do not charge you again unless you subscribe again.
4. When a plan ends
When a plan ends, the products it covered stop working for your restaurant until you renew. Your data is kept so that everything is as you left it when you renew. See also our refund and cancellation policy.
5. Your data
The recipes, sales, costs and other data you enter belong to you. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the Service to you. See our privacy policy.
6. Using the Service properly
Do not misuse the Service, try to get into other customers' data, interfere with how it runs, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
7. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the Service running and to keep your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve, change or retire features, and will give notice of any change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes. Some features, such as Staff One, are being rolled out and are labelled as such.
8. Reports and figures
Reports, forecasts and suggestions are produced from the data you enter. They are a decision aid, not professional financial, tax or legal advice, and their accuracy depends on the data being complete and correct.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
