What we deliver
Dinesuit is a software service (SmartMenu, POS, Owner Dashboard, Staff One and their add-ons). There is nothing to ship: no physical goods are sent to you.
When it starts
Your plan is switched on automatically as soon as PhonePe confirms your payment, normally within seconds. You will see a confirmation page with your order number, the products now open to you and the date your plan runs until, and a GST invoice is available from My subscription.
How you use it
Sign in to each product from the Products page with the e-mail and password you registered with. The POS also installs as a Windows application from the download page.
If it does not start
If your payment was taken but the plan does not appear within a few minutes, message us on WhatsApp +91 70101 05153 or write to support@dinesuit.com with your order number and we will activate it by hand.
Set-up help
If you would like help loading your menu and recipes, we do it on a call or on WhatsApp. This is part of getting started and does not change when your plan begins.
